Z381= (Diagnosis) Single liveborn infant, born outside hospital Can it be that Q wants to point out that highly pregnant women have their child in airplanes so that there is an "unregistered birth"? Officially, the mother is still pregnant at the landing, so there is actually no child.

But where did they land after giving birth on a plane?

Q says they know how unregistered babies get to the USA. They are born on board a private plane (TFC) and smuggled into the country. Maybe as an organ donor. My interpretation.
