First post, jumping in. Saw where Z-Code - Zulu Region Code = 381, where 3 = North America. That means the 81 is a sub-location region, so where is 81 zone within the US? Could this be the location of AF1, or the location of the splash? "Check_In" seems to indicate the location of AF1, to me.

Continuing, "Splash" = plane down, as in "Splash 1" = one plane down, then "X" is identity unknown/stated.

First thing that came to mind of a splash was the F35 in NC yesterday. Could have DS sent one?

It might not even have been Bill the one looking into PM. I can't for the life of me remember for sure who it was. It was so long ago and I was still trying to wrap my head around this Q thing. But I remember following their "proofs". It took me to different websites that he & his wife..? ran and looking back now maybe ties to um... that cicada cult stuff...?
