I'm not sure on the connecting with your personal FOIA info and what it has to do with DAG. Sessions is still AG except for everything related to the SC investigation. That's a red flag for me but if you can elaborate that would help.

Rod Rosienstien is still #2 in the DOJ - he oversees the FBI and handles all the FOIA stuff - basically you can't FOIA anyone else but you can FOIA yourself - and my sister filed my tapes through her work in the E.P.A. to the D.O.E. (which can't be FOID as it's Q-Clearance) but E.P.A. can be FOID and the videos are of me so I'm in a unique position due to being able to FOIA the E.P.A. - which I did but unfortunatley as long as the justice dept is compromised at the #2 position my FOIA is in eternal limbo - it'll all come out soon enough tho. sending it into the FOIA website brought it straight to RR lacky I assume cause otherwise they'd have been made public now - the guy needs to go - our side also got me to file a police report but of course that just led to another limbo loop. It's a long story - I can go on and on about it but I'm not sure what else I can say but if we talk long enough I bet I can lower that red flag : )

Thank you, I was not expecting that but I was unaware until now that the DAG handled FOIA. He is the expert on that since his wife has been representing the us gov't and the Clintons fighting FOIA lawsuits since the late 80s early 90s. THAT makes sense. RR needs to go... I've been saying it since his early confirmation. thanks again
