We discussed honesty traps, as well. There are a variety of ways to set them up. Normal people navigate honesty traps as if they weren't an obstacle, but bad actors always respond the same... with dishonesty and deflection.
With Voat running like dog shit, lately, I wonder where you will try to insert yourself, next. The ebb and flow of the social media landscape is going to adapt in a way that your crew is not expecting. By the time you all figure out how to catch up, it will probably be too late.
