Short Answer

@ProtectVoat Moderators :) I do NOT use 2 VOAT accounts at once. I use only ONE VOAT account at once with my best efforts. I'm assuming that in good faith Mumbleberry did not know this. Details below.

Long Answer

@ProtectVoat Moderators :) This is to confirm I own those three VOAT accounts:

1. Francewhoa

2. Francewhoa1905151544

3. Francewhoa1905151045

Of course I have only one active VOAT account at once. In other words, I'm using only one account at a time. NOT two active accounts at the same time. Since the account Francewhoa1905151045 was created I'm using only Francewhoa1905151045 with my best efforts. To the best of my knowledge Francewhoa1905151045 account complies with VOAT agreements. Moderators are welcome to notify me if my account is not complying with any VOAT agreements. In turn, I would be happy to try my best efforts to comply with VOAT agreements. By "active VOAT account" I mean accounts I'm frequently using to post comments, create new discussion, and vote. I do my best efforts to avoid risk of Voat manipulation.

Notice that to show transparency, and accountability, and facility communications, all three accounts above:

• Included my username ~"Francewhoa"
• Used the same profile photo
• For the accounts I do NOT use, the bio field reads: ~“This VOAT account is both inactive & a placeholder. My activate account is at Francewhoa1905151045.” So that it's easy and quick for others to tell which accounts I own.

I'm presently neither using Francewhoa nor Francewhoa1905151544. Francewhoa1905151544 is a placeholder inactive account in the unlikely event that my present active account Francewhoa1905151045 is somehow:

• Banned without notification communicated to me about what VOAT agreement the account is not complying with
• Banned without warnings communicated to me about what VOAT agreement the account is not complying with
• Banned without opportunity for me to be educated about what VOAT agreement the account is not complying with
• Banned without opportunity for me to try my best efforts to comply with VOAT agreements

BTW I was not notified about this discussion https://voat.co/v/ProtectVoat/3237206/ I found it by randomly browsing other VOAT discussions. What is the present workflow about users being notify about claim that a user is not complying with VOAT agreements or about proposal to ban an account? Are the users somehow notify? If yes how? I'm asking so that after I'm notify I would be happy to try my best efforts to comply with VOAT agreements. I search the rules, agreements and various pages but found nothing about this.
