i remember ChillyHellion as a guy who wanted to keep his sub clean so he could show it off to his grandmother. I enjoyed the way he ran /v/gaming. ChillyHellion had a firm policy, porn in the porn sub, and had a strictly "no porn" policy in the main sub that seldom needed to be mentioned. At one point he even had a nsfw gaming sub linked on the side bar for anyone who was interested in that content and directed people there. I miss this old policy.
I also missed the debate that aged caused the first time around, in v/gaming. the same arguments that are leveled for keeping him around are being used again. Freedom of speech, its not in the rules. well, the rule he's breaking is a rule that should not have to be written down. There's a place for porn then there's the place for normal things. When you are so desensitized to porn you don't see a problem with it being in a system sub, there's something wrong with you, and you need help.
An unwritten rule is a white christian thing. Some rules everyone is expected to follow without ever being mentioned. The fact these people demand these rule be written down is proof they are not white, and their only goal is to nigger up the sub for everyone. They are literally demanding a written rule be made for porn means to these same people anything is permitted if it is not explicitly forbidden. This is not how white people behave.
I don't care what race they claim they are, anyone who behaves like this should not be in charge of digging grave sites yet alone dictating policy for a public forum. They lack capacity to remember unwritten rules, meaning they lack critical thinking, long term memory recall, and considering the consequences of their actions. Such a mongrel race should not not be trusted, yet here we are listening to these things pretending to be human and elevating their non-sense as valid thought.

my point is the old mod ChillyHellion would never have let Aged get away with this. His Original Intent in creating /v/gaming was to share content about video games, not wank material.

This was not his first ban. I would love to see the ban/unban logs as to just how many times ChillyHellion gave him a chance to not post porn. I know of atleast two bans previous to his current ban, both of which date to before system sub creation.
this is an old problem the old guard is not around to fix. The old thing to do with someone like aged was for ChillyHellion to ban him, wait a month, and unban him and see if he does it again. right before the system subs became a thing he got tired of aged not learning anything and left him banned for a few months. Now that ChillyHellion is long gone, no one is around to deal with him.

This is a perfect example of the insanity from the main instigator dealing with @Aged this time around. I'd be fine with banning him if a rule restricting fanart was agreed with by the community and set in /v/gaming, and he violated it after it's made.

Nope, I am in the "petition to update the rules" boat. Half-assed reddit type bans for rules made after the fact is what I dont agree with. I also told putt directly Aged should have been site wide banned the moment he posted pics from those "child modeling agencies". If he is not willing to ban for that he should not have banned from gaming without a prior rule.
