You cannot ban someone for not breaking the rules of a subverse, the argument for banning /u/aged "spam" applies to your own spam as well, therefore any argument for banning aged would also result in banning you if enforcement was even.

he used to be in one place, he came back at another, and has since been slowly working his way back to actual CP content.

this can be charted, because it's been a continuing problem.

You could make the argument that banning for what they are leading to is a slippery slope leading to banning for anything someone disagrees with. We are not thought police actions get consequences but something they might do is not reason to take action. If we start doing that Voat is dead as anyone posting content related to violence could be leading to inciting violence or taking action, any post against someone could lead to calling for their death and then killing them.

You repeatedly use this slippery slope claim on this topic but it applies to yourself as well, what you are calling for is a slippery slope to ending free speech on this site.
