This is (yet another) trash website which recycles all the info from other sites, like Zero Hedge and Gateway Pundit does. Nothing original. Using sensational headlines, no fact checking, etc. So you get to read the same headline 40 times over on the front page of v/news because @deandg99 just HAS to post it, along with Sputnik News, Breitbart, rt.com and so on, just in case you missed it being reposted 300 times by 1SorrySOB, TREDDITFIRST and HimFirst on v/politics, v/whatever and clogging up all of the smaller subverses like v/identitarians.

Every post is by @deadandg99 and:

is always a direct link to the site. never archived
never a discussion post, zero effort make by OP

What's worse is that the site uses sources like Buzzfeed and Natural News as "sources", so you understand the level of quality journalism there. @mad_saxon makes some interesting points about thes .news sites here and here

A rule of thumb ifor good research and writing is:

if you find a fact and it is already quoted, always go to the direct and original source.

Why? Because often you will find if it is rewritten and regurgitated 30 times, like the telephone game, information is misconstrued or lost, be it intentional or unintentional. I often found on sites like Zero Hedge, when you go to the direct local article, lots of info has been changed or omitted to fit some sensationlistic story meant to enrage the reader - this especially goes for foreign papers in German and French, where you find what they pass on is just plain wrong. When I pont this out to the OP, I get no response.

The rest of @deandg99's submission history are domains like "rightwingtribune" (note: only posted by Scrooblemeyer, HimFirst, yurisrevenge, and deandg99), "the real side", only posted by @deandg99, and look at godfatherpolitics, all the same users we've seen again, however with a bit more variation. If you check the "other user's" accouts, you will find they all post solely on political subs, boomer subs, the awakening, trump subverses, never anything else.

Thanks! I like (as you may have seen) doing pizzagate stuff as well. It's amazing what you stumble across when you follow the trail very carefully. I think like @offender and @MadWorld have mentioned, there is a ring of accounts here, just pumping out the same links all over the site.

I wonder where this original source is coming from though. My very (yet very unproved) hunch is that, on a much larger scale, these outlets stem from a groupthat wants to destabilize the political atmosphere in the US by diving the people by left and right. You can see this is a constructed narrative by what the "outrage" is about. It's always "dems" vs "republicans", "trump is awesome" vs "dems are shit".

You might notice, like @Mad_Saxon said, there is no bashing of Israel or Jews on these sites. This is why I don't think this D&C tactic is coming from Russians, but more from our own above.

The Russians are aware this is a poison pill for almost every American. I would not count them out simply because of this. That being said, I think most of this spamming and the fake news sites are the work of a PAC.

Also, @deandg99 is still active and spamming away consistently.

Can’t stop idiots from being idiots and screaming about the sky falling... Yet frankly there are a mountain of reasons to suspect the Russians. @diogenes_the_cynic (sp?) even has a subverse dedicated to exposing this.

I’m less concerned with the (concealed) main source than the effect on our site.
