Pedophilia is a pathological attraction to prepubescent girls, I've never met a 13 year old girl who was prepubescent, that would be hebephilia or ephebophilia if it were a chronophilia(a pathological attraction based on age) but it's not, I'm attracted to sexually developed females with fully developed secondary sexual characteristics regardless of their birthdays, just like all men.

For anyone else who wants to know why I support the state of south carolina's long standing marriage laws it's because Virginity is the primary indicator of a successful marriage( I can find the studies if you want them), and prime reproductive age is between ~17 and ~26, making marriage taboo until much later helps whore culture ruin the maidenhood of women. Women are getting married too late and that is leaving them open to the degeneracy inherent in their female condition, hypergamy. If we stretched that taboo out so it wasn't uncommon for girls to be getting married in highschool like it was with our great grandparents then we'd see more stable families, society and culture.

I don't endorse lowering the AoC for hookup culture, only marriage and considering Mary mother of Christ was married to Joseph by 13 and gave birth to Jesus by 14 it's consistent for my religion and even for pagans because the histories make clear the norse married their daughters young, all of our european ancestors did.
