User has created an obscene amount of accounts for use in spamming v/pizzagate and v/GreatAwakening, uses the accounts to get around being banned from subverses for spam.

The stuff in this thread about spammers actively upvoat brogading is a solid case for limits on the number of accounts per IP a user can have.
I warned something like this would happen at least a year ago.
