Banning shouldn't even be an option. The downvoats should do the talking rather than censoring

DV's mean nothing on that sub because of the 5CCP req. They don't count.
I mean as a general rule. Censoring and banning shouldn't be a function on voat. It goes against what the site (supposedly) stands for
