When the janitor system was introduced the admins and users both decided that existing mods should stay in place because they had earned the communities and admins trust. This seems like just shitting on that trust and putting yourself apart from the community and slapping the admin @PuttitOut in the face. I'm sure he'll give you time to respond and show this discussion among a bunch of chosen users who now run v/gaming instead of the community. The decent thing to do though would be to come here and explain yourself.
