You have a point that the vid you linked is leaning on the spammy side, but referring to the mods as "crooked" is not really beneficial to the current matter at hand, which is that you should not have been banned.

There's obviously something fishy about these 3 mods claiming that it was the community decision to let blatant spam spread in /v/videos.
Hopefully @Atko and @puttitout will get to see soon enough.
