I began v/ProtectQRV, and started educating people on what SBBH/GCHQ is doing, and less than 24 hours later, kevdude messages me out of the blue to find out who I am. Take note that before this first message is sent, he has already come to the conclusions linked to in the archived thread above.
I provide a lengthy and elucidating answer. Notice that I inform him that I'm aware of his motives, and I'm aware of how clean he keeps himself. I also notice him on the fact that all chicanery on v/ProtectVoat is ultimately his liability. At the end, I invite him to attorn srayzie to the court, so that she may have representation to participate (otherwise she must stand mute).
This is the last comment before srayzie's tribunal, as I had to fly to the United States in order to conduct it in appropriate jurisdiction. The trial concludes without anyone to represent her. All evidence is compiled and submitted to Interpol using appropriate contacts. After notifying srayzie of the results of the trial, I send a message to kevdude asking forgiveness for the delay. I then correct a mistake in presumption I had made about Voat's warrant canary.

The reason this is being posted is I was informed in private by a Goat who said he had the same thing happen to him. Which means this is a pattern, and should be documented publicly in v/ProtectQRV. This man, his subverse, and the moderators therein, should be trusted at your peril.

The lack of inquiry in private by any one of them (they were all invited publicly to pm) leads me to believe that they were waiting on instruction from kevdude before acting.

This first message from kevdude, entitled "builderanon", was intended to establish joinder to a name that was not myself.
My reply was succinct and truthful. We had never interacted before that message

When this attempt doesn't show fruit, he goes quiet for two days. Then srayzie agrees to be tried for a private tribunal, and within an hour, kevdude is messaging me again to double-down on the joinder attempt.

Kevdude replies that he's not a lawyer, then begins attempting to argue her case for her, never accepting the invitation to be her defense.
I then explain that he can be her agent and act in the capacity of her defense, and explain a little of how an Arbitral Tribunal works, and urge again that he help her.
He goes silent on being her representation at trial, but then starts asking things her representative should be asking.
This is the last comment before srayzie's tribunal, as I had to fly to the United States in order to conduct it in appropriate jurisdiction. The trial concludes without anyone to represent her. He responds with vitriol, and asks questions he should've asked if he wanted to be part of the trial.
I reply with an explanation of how private tribunals work. I explain how investigating Q trolls led to SBBH and led to srayzie. From this point, and the lack of response from srayzie after this point, it's clear that kevdude is telling srayzie how to conduct herself.
His reply was interesting, because he insinuates at the end that he is in control of all the character assasination ("absent any action on my part").
I dismiss his opinions and participation, which seems to have bruised his ego
He begins to spin a narrative that keeping a tribunal he isn't a party to private is evidence of a troll
I explain how funny that is, and refute his accusation that I advertised the tribunal, which was false.

He tries again to get me to re-try the evidence with him as a judge, and gives a hint of how he would rule had I participated in his court. He characterizes being a defendant in a trial as an "attack". At this point, I am confident he is not an impartial tribunal.

So I question him on his ability to conduct a fair and private tribunal

Nonetheless, I start entertaining the poor chap. I'm clearly not going to be engaging in any meaningful court with someone with a clear bias against myself, a friendship with the defendant, and a motive to defend both. So I get him into a contract to read even a chapter of the guiding rules of contract law in exchange for my performance. I even link him to the pdf.
He acknowledges he wouldn't even read a single chapter, which I memorialize on the record.
He then gives up, and says goodbye after giving his opinion on what the court would have been.
Shortly afterwards, I make a post to v/SoapBoxBanHammer about GCHQ being their financiers, and I receive this message, wherein kevdude attempts to accuse me of his intent to maintain the narrative that I am a troll using that post as evidence.
In response, I inform him of all my alts. Now that he has been officially informed, he now goes completely silent on everything srayzie attempts to say about me, because he has two confirmations of the same list of alts, as well as a plausible reason for their existence.
