He got banned earlier. But for actually breaking this new rule. Or deliberately skirting right up to it to try and avoid technically breaking it more like. I'll probably lift his ban in a couple of days though as he is a contributor to this sub. Besides, I don't really want to perma-ban these people. If anything the desired effect can be had by banning them over and over as they keep engaging in retardism.
