Col. Muammar Al Gathafi - developed one of the most bizarre forms of government in the modern world. Another charismatic buffoon. Did things his own way. Overthrew the government while still only in his mid-20s.

Rafael Leónidas Trujillo Molina, nicknamed El Jefe - noted anti-Communist strongman of the Dominican Republic. Killed Haitian immigrants, wanted to whiten his country's population by importing Jewish refugees, developed a personality cult where he was cited in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most statues erected in his honor.
