If you're like me you're probably tired of claims about Rothschilds from fringe kook sites. So while I'm not vouching for the accuracy of this claim and making no claims myself as to its importance I will try to present some info from a halfway legit' source.

We have a story that was apparently carried at the Independent in the UK in 2004. The Independent is a mainstream newspaper:
