I read a fascinating book by an English journalist who'd spent much of his life in Africa. I don't recall his or the book's name unfortunately, which is a shame. Anyhow he wrote at length about the limitations of African languages. How the complete absence of certain words and tenses greatly limited the natives' ability to think OR that they were too stupid in the first place to recognize certain concepts -- like the future, or Zero -- and that's why the words/tenses were absent. When you're dealing with a 65 IQ the bar is pretty fucking low.
On YouTube you can find a presentation at an Amren conference called "African Language and the African Mind." I think that may be the man you are thinking of.
Absolutely ridiculous. Niggers can’t even feed themselves. Niggers certainly have no practical use for mathematics or shape recognition. Their brains aren’t wired in a way that can process abstract thinking. A nigger cannot be ‘educated‘ out of being a nigger. They are beasts. They are herd animals. What a waste.
Niggers seem to think that the manual labor they did provide in the south was SUPER beneficial and in fact led to the great wealth of the United States. There is a reason that the north was so much more industrious and prosperous than the slave holding south. Slavery held back the south in every regard. The stories recorded from the oral history project of that time is funny to read. One slave owner said "it takes two slaves to help one do nothing." They were famously lazy and only worked when they felt like it. You couldn't even give them simple farming tools because they would break them every time. They were useless then just as they are useless now. Utterly and completely useless parasites.
