When people like to give example of geninue resistance to the jews, apart from Hitler and National Socialism, usually one of the example that will come to their mind, specially christians, is the Spanish Inquisition as it on the surface appeared to have fought the jewish problem that was plaguing Spain at that time.

Supposedly the main purpose behind the establishment of the Inquisition was to identify crypto jews but it then later evolved into forcing jews and muslims to either convert to Catholicism or get deported or face death.

Is that truly resisting the jews? All a jew had to do to save their own skin was to say that they accept Jesus and that was it, many of them still practiced Judaism in secret which accelerated the problem of Crypto-Jewry in Spain. We got to ask the question then, was the leadership of Spain not aware of the ineffective method they were using to fight the jewish problem or did they know and only wanted to give the illusion of resistance to the public as to not have them go after the jews at the top while also having other agendas in mind?

The thing about jews is that they are pretty much a race of psychopaths, they will throw their own people under the bus without hesitation if it eventually helps them to achieve whatever agenda they are aiming for. Their tribal unity stems more from their common hatred of gentiles than their love for eachother. How did the Spanish Inquisition benefit the elite jews?

1.By controlling the opposition to the 'jewish problem', the elite jews, including the monarch ensured their own safety from the angry public as they were the head of the Inqusition meaning they would never have to face any retaliation for their crimes and schemes, only the low level jews were targeted to give the illusion of resistance.

Example of this was Gabriel Sanchez, an elite jew who served as treasurer for the monarchs. He and his brothers were accused of the murder of the inquisitor Pedro de Arbues in 1485. However the Inquisition which as stated above was run by jews at the top, disregarded these accusitions and his position was not affected and his son was allowed to take over his position when he died. His brothers were also allowed to flee.

Another example is Hernando de Talavera. An elite jew who was the Archbishop of Granada which Isabella choose as her confessor. When Isabella died, he and his family was investigated by the inquisition for the accusations of Judaising. However the pope intervened and had the charges against him dropped. Diego Rodríguez Lucero who had Hernando investigated and arrested was dismissed from his charge by the pope for daring to go after one of the elite jews.

2.With the mass expulsion of jews, they were expelled to desired destinations such as Jamaica, Muslim regions in North Africa and the Ottoman Empire. This allowed jews to start their major piracy operation which mainly targeted Spanish and Portuguese ships.

Other countries the jews fled to were muslim countries of the Mediterranean like the Ottoman Empire and Morroco which greatly welcomed them. Spanish Inquisition seems not only another example of controlled opposition as it never did anything to solve the jewish problem because it never went after the string pullers but it also shows how jews can use 'anti-semitism' to their advantage.
