He met a couple down in Arizona and told them to come meet him at his house because they said they were going to his area on vacation, but he wouldn't give them the address and just said ask for me. "Everyone knows me". Sure enough, a few months later they were at his house having tea.
He was just a nice man, and he left an unforgettable mark.

He's got a makework job that he didn't earn. He has a fiance and a girlfriend, but he's hiring hookers. His friends are all vapid and on drugs. The reason he keeps trying to talk about music is to make a connection, to feel something real, it's the closest he can get to anything genuine and deep.

Violence is his last attempt to feel truly human.
