In theory this already happened. They removed a couple homosexual priests in the 90s (nowhere near all of the just the worst ones) and in theory you are not allowed to become a priest if they suspect you are homosexual.
In principle there is still a lot left (not 2/3 because that's a Jew show, more like 2%) and rules for not accepting homosexual priests is only enforced as strongly as the individual seminary and bishop enforces it.
Its already a lot better. In the 70s, seminarians would get raped in their dormitories.
