Cant get over the fact that powerful people in Hollywood thought this was a good idea. Do they think by throwing it in the open and laughing about it somehow exalts them? They are stuck on their old playbook and at this stage in the game its patheticly stupid.
Or were they so desperate for viewers for an otherwise irrelevant awards show - they signed on Gervais and let him loose to humiliate them?
That’s my feeling, this was a sick stunt. I want these things said in public, but not to laughter. This was too staged, between the TelePrompTer, the cameraman, etc. This minimized the severity of the evil.
I operate cameras at our church. The whole service is scripted and we on the production team know exactly what is going to happen. Same thing here. The producer, knowing what jokes are coming, have the cameras go find shots. So you have a handful of faces to choose from in the production room and as soon as the joke lands the producer can say "Take 8" (camera #8) on the most outrageous reaction. Make sense? Tom Hanks was one of a handful of shots and he just happened to have the best reaction in the moment. And maybe the producer knows who Epsteins accomplices are and was able to instruct the cameramen on which faces to focus on.
I see, so because you personally have never done, it's not "OKAY" for anyone else to do it. I'm from an area with a lot of Italians. People do a lot of talking with their hands. I've personally made the "Okay" sign many many times in my life, as have many many others. It's perfectly normal. It does work that way.
I believe in Italy(?) it means the same thing as giving the middle finger in the States. I keep that in mind when in Rome. As for Gervais, I didn't know who he was until I saw him on Twitter the other morning so no idea how and where he made his money, other than that he's from the UK and does some show called The Office. As far as Hollywood, I have no doubt this was all scripted and rehearsed. These people have zero compunction about throwing their nefarious activities in our faces as a joke. They believe nothing will happen to them, they are untouchable, and negate the laws of Karma by telling us exactly what they are up to and what their intentions are. Face it, there are never any mass shotters at award shows, only at places the little people frequent. And why is that?
So the OP poses a very good question. Other comments saying these events are highly scripted - that those running the cameras and producing the show would not want to jeopardize being invited back to to do future gigs.
Does that mean Ricky Gervais speech and panning to Tom Hanks' face in the aftermath of the remarks - does that mean it was all done with intention?
Who was in control of this event?
That is the million dollar question because if the Hollyweird, Satanic pedophiles crowd were not running this show, then who was?
My uncle used to work on these shows WAAAY back in the day in the 80s. They get the speeches ahead of time and know the beats and when to focus on certain individuals. So they'd have 5-8 cameras holding on the crowd on the right folks.
Today, he recently told me, they have about 100 cameras in the crowd and theater that focus all over the place and there are four guys who just manage where those cameras point based on the script of the evening.
Nothing you see there is off the cuff or a surprise. If anyone surprised the producer, they wouldn't be invited again. Even the Kanye harassing Taylor Swift thing was pre-written.

So does that mean we were watching a Q production, at least the opening part.? I'm tempted to watch the whole thing to see if he made anymore remarks throughout the show. Must have been some uncomfortable 'stars' on the stage giving and accepting awards afterwards.. Sometimes their expressions can give away a lot more than what they say..
I didn't watch the show either never have. But I've been on YouTube and Twitter and finding that there are lots of other clip of comments he made randomly throughout the presentations.
I am left wondering if he is just a really woke person a group of people put him up to this or if it's just all part of the theater?
Tom Hanks gave some really long stupid speech thanking a bunch of people none of us care about. My wife and I enjoyed the clip of the Gervais intro then were like well let’s see just Tom hanks’ award how he responds. He didn’t touch it at all and went on and on thanking a bunch of cucks.
The Hollywood distraction isn’t able to work on the American people anymore
Aston Kutcher? "Testifying" before Congress about child-trafficking when he's been photographed at Eppy Island with Jeff, Elon Musk and a few others? He was Kelso in That 70's Show and also hosted Punked on MTV.
I can't believe I never thought of that. I always thought "laugh" meant it would be someone ironic. A comedian would be great for red pilling the masses and often times comedians are very red pilled (observational comedy kind of requires it), they just know what they're allowed to say on stage.

There's not "a" camera, there's a dozen or more.

Don't get your hopes up too high.
Gervais did the Illuminati "ok" sign at one point.
OpakapakaCaca ago
Sometimes the OK sign means just that: Okay. Good grief. Not everything is a conspiracy.
WhiteChickens ago
And sometimes it doesn't mean just that.
There's no reason to randomly make ok signs with your hand while talking. Personally, I've never done it in my life.
Then again, I don't have 130 million in cabal money like Gervais.
OpakapakaCaca ago

Yeah, I've done it when I mean to say "ok". lol
But you should know that in South America, it means asshole.
It's not a common gesture and Gervais is almost as rich as Pelosi.

Cameras all over the room. Producers decide which shot is cut to.
Likely, Hanks's cartoonish expression is why the producer called his number.

Did they edit it for YT?
https://youtu.be/LCNdTLHZAeo
They show Tom Hanks after the Felicity Huffman joke (~1:09); Hanks isn’t even in the montage of people they show after the Epstein Joke (~3:38)
Does anyone have a link to the original broadcast?
Hlaf4 ago
I thought so too. He was shown after some good thrashings though reacting in some type of way that makes you think he knows more
patriotwomen ago
They did not show Hanks after the comment. They showed him at another time. Watch the clip for yourself and let me know what you see.
Intlrnt2 ago
They have many cameras around the room, all continuously scanning for shots.
All camera feeds flow into a production van outside, where they appear simultaneously on a bank of monitors.
A ‘Director’ listens to the audio feed and calls out the name of the camera with the best shot, which is then broadcast.
This is done in real time, live, fast paced and hectic. Review the tape and count how often camera shots are changed.

You can’t answer the above but will laugh once disclose details.
The ‘laugh’ always made me wonder if Q was referring to a comedian.
