Chrome is telling me these are dangerous files and I shouldn't accept them.

Any reason for that?

Do these contain the posts that Q responds to. A lot of times they carry the actual message.

It's exactly how qanon.pub displays the drops. Cited drops are included as pictures and all pictures are in the backup.

But active elements like the site's search function don't work and linked videos, tweets, etc. are not included (but as the link that only works when online).

This is the only way I found to get a complete offline viewable copy of all Q drops. For that purpose qanon.pub has the advantage that all drops are on one very large website, so you can use the browser's search function (usually strg-F).
