No surprise - Obama care targeted 401Ks. That I read for myself. 401Ks were written into the bill 3 different ways, and depending on the thread (various statutes and legal predecessors built into the bill) that you followed, it stated 401Ks could not be touched, or that they could be taxed or forfeited, and I forget what the other rather benign statement was. It was all a bit confusing, and clearly written to allow the MSM to point at the safe statement "proving" anyone who warned about 401Ks being at risk was a right wing nut job.
