David Cicilline, D-RI, is on the House Judiciary Committee and was sporting this bling a la Pelosi today. I didn't see him do the overt diddling of the bracelet like Pelosi, but it is a pretty obvious fashion statement IMO. Does anyone else wear these?

I wonder why no reporter asked Pelosi why, being a gun control advocate, would she be wearing a bullet bracelet?

And you know they have some black magick properties. Probably bullet casings used kill a traitor to the DS or something like that.
