the PYSCH cells were specialized with no edges points areas to tie anything they had tear proof mattresses blankets and mumu style gowns (no underwear) that you practically needed a blow torch to even damage it... when inmates were put on suicide watch we had a officer or nurse assigned to sit in front of their cells that had window slots for observation and LOGGED EVERY INTERACTION OR UNUSUAL EVENT!! ... the lights on 24/7 water was controlled from the outside via valves and toilet flush were every few hours and random ...inmates that had many prior attempts were also on video and recorded .... so.... I worked 18 yrs in this section and had 100s of suicidal inmates come thru .... There are issues with the photos, for sure. I'm not looking to analyze that. I just wanted to touch base on a couple things mentioned in the text of the image. Ambulances absolutely do turn their engines off. In my line of work it is not uncommon to see the crew inside the hospital for some length of time dropping off the patient, assisting with whatever code or alert they brought the patient in under, taking time to eat if it is a break time, etc. They frequently do get left on, but in a semi-enclosed area like many ambulance bays, it is asked to turn them off as build-up of exhaust fumes can effect other patients.
I will say I have never seen a compressed air line in an ambulance bay at a hospital, but I have seen backboards lined up outside. Ambulance crew may leave/forget their backboard after dropping off the patient, especially if they have to immediately respond to another call. Common practice is usually to line them up someplace near the ambulance bay and the next time that department comes by, they pick them up.
Both of those being said, The bottom left image looks more typical of what I would see at a hospital. The bottom right image looks like a garage. But I've never been to the hospital these photos were taken at so I do not know how it is actually set up there in reality.
Paramedic here - photo's def look shopped to me. Where are his legs? (especially in the second pic). Only has the bag in the second pic??? Nope that's not how it works. You can't breathe you need that all the time not just for one picture. The arms could be explained, we strap them like that so they are out of the way from the chest compression effort but not just falling all over the place and getting stuck in doors or under stretchers etc (this happens, trust me...). The collar is also weird. I don't know what is under it. It makes sense that he has one on for a hanging - neck injury and all... but the collar in the second and third pictures are clearly different (as is his hair for that matter). That ear is... fucked up to say the least as well. Obvious shop imo. The monitor or oxygen bag is usually but between the patients legs or hung on the back of the stretcher too fyi... is doesn't fit at the end there like that in the second picture if your patient HAS LEGS.
The perspective is misleading. Epstain also has a big head and short body. His legs are facing downward, he his not fully horizontal.
Signs reads Phones, not Engines.
His face is bruised heavily. Ear looks inflamed like wrestlers get from head trauma. His nose is blue, as is his upper lip.
The photo uses an effect known as a hyper-focal effect. Look at how the review mirror, foreground overlaps and melds into his hair, as a background object.
The entire event could be staged, but the photo looks real. Being a real photo however, does not mean it is a real event.
Hospitals are in fact, not clean places. Especially in NYC. Not because of poor cleaning, but because of how old they are. And despite what the news tells you about disease, hospitals do not need to be spit polished perfect to protect people from infection. It is a 'hyper-myth' if you don't mind the word salad.
But again, the even could be staged. He could be in witness protection too. Hard to say.
This also pushes aside the mockingbird media and Democrats El Paso shooter / red flag narrative and puts it on the back burner. Trump is pointing the finger at the Clintons, and indicating it is not suicide but MURDER (Arkancide).
I don't think Trump would do that if Epstein's death was faked by the White Hats to put him into witness protection program. Or would he?
But then again, a little voice inside my head says, leaving Epstein out where he could get bumped off, knowing the Clintons's body count history, seems almost like dereliction of duty to me. Trump is not stupid.
On the other hand, maybe Epstein did sing his head off, and the white hats faked his death, so he could go into a witness protection program with the clintons no longer hunting for him. Not that Epstein will be set free, but he will be hidden away in a safe place while he cooperates in the take down of the bigger fish. I think Epstein was only put into the prison to get him to agree to talk. He hates the low life of the prison, and worried all the time the Clinton Assassins will get to him first. I think he finally agreed to talk, so now the white hats faked his death, and moving him as a cooperating witness to another secret safer location.

There was an 8Chan post that at the same time as the power outage, this prison where Epstein was held (which was no secret it was splattered all over the press), was surrounded by many many police officers. We wondered if this power outage was a distraction (and to shut down communications) while Epstein was extracted and taken to a safer prison. He would subsequently go to and from court via helicopter.
Maybe Epstein was replaced with a body double that night? And that is why the photos today of his ears and nose don't line up exactly?

There are issues with the photos, for sure. I'm not looking to analyze that. I just wanted to touch base on a couple things mentioned in the text of the image. Ambulances absolutely do turn their engines off. In my line of work it is not uncommon to see the crew inside the hospital for some length of time dropping off the patient, assisting with whatever code or alert they brought the patient in under, taking time to eat if it is a break time, etc. They frequently do get left on, but in a semi-enclosed area like many ambulance bays, it is asked to turn them off as build-up of exhaust fumes can effect other patients.
I will say I have never seen a compressed air line in an ambulance bay at a hospital, but I have seen backboards lined up outside. Ambulance crew may leave/forget their backboard after dropping off the patient, especially if they have to immediately respond to another call. Common practice is usually to line them up someplace near the ambulance bay and the next time that department comes by, they pick them up.
Both of those being said, The bottom left image looks more typical of what I would see at a hospital. The bottom right image looks like a garage. But I've never been to the hospital these photos were taken at so I do not know how it is actually set up there in reality.

Paramedic here - photo's def look shopped to me. Where are his legs? (especially in the second pic). Only has the bag in the second pic??? Nope that's not how it works. You can't breathe you need that all the time not just for one picture. The arms could be explained, we strap them like that so they are out of the way from the chest compression effort but not just falling all over the place and getting stuck in doors or under stretchers etc (this happens, trust me...). The collar is also weird. I don't know what is under it. It makes sense that he has one on for a hanging - neck injury and all... but the collar in the second and third pictures are clearly different (as is his hair for that matter). That ear is... fucked up to say the least as well. Obvious shop imo. The monitor or oxygen bag is usually but between the patients legs or hung on the back of the stretcher too fyi... is doesn't fit at the end there like that in the second picture if your patient HAS LEGS.

The perspective is misleading. Epstain also has a big head and short body. His legs are facing downward, he his not fully horizontal.
Signs reads Phones, not Engines.
His face is bruised heavily. Ear looks inflamed like wrestlers get from head trauma. His nose is blue, as is his upper lip.
The photo uses an effect known as a hyper-focal effect. Look at how the review mirror, foreground overlaps and melds into his hair, as a background object.
The entire event could be staged, but the photo looks real. Being a real photo however, does not mean it is a real event.
Hospitals are in fact, not clean places. Especially in NYC. Not because of poor cleaning, but because of how old they are. And despite what the news tells you about disease, hospitals do not need to be spit polished perfect to protect people from infection. It is a 'hyper-myth' if you don't mind the word salad.
But again, the even could be staged. He could be in witness protection too. Hard to say.
