How big of a thumb drive would I need for all this?

The zipped (rar) version needs 332MB so the smallest still available size should be big enough. It's 1/3 of 1GB. Or half a CD-ROM.
It should be possible to combine files so there's one for 2017, one for 2018 and one for 2019 and then upload these to https://catbox.moe (up to 200MB per file). They don't have all the clicking stuff there.
