I am only posing this because I didn't see another post connecting it. On July 12th before the blackout Q said watch NYC, Q also said Wheels Up

Wheels Up is an aviation service with 23 planes. Their office is on 42nd st in NYC. The NYC blackout also started on 42nd st in NYC.

I am looking at this from a different angle. Dyncorp (Black ops contractor for CIA and others) and CIA listed for operations of that exact same plane. Classified flights? (CLASS 1-99) CIA (and other country intel?) coordinating with Epstein? Dis Epstein even really own that plane?
