WOW! DOD Hiring Full time Cameramen and Audio techs for Gitmo court rooms (GreatAwakening)

The DOD put out a request for an agency with a top secret clearance to handle providing camera men and audio techs for Gitmo court rooms(listed on page 1 below). The deadline for agencies to respond by is June 14th, 2019.

Correction: 8chan got it wrong. They are not hiring camera men and audio techs. They are hiring people to upgrade audio and broadcasting equipment to prepare to stream video. So that could be a longer project than needing camera men for immediate broadcast. See comments below for quick_and_dirty comments. He is the v/user who corrected 8chan.

Page 2 states provider will need to hire Audio video operator/installers and Engineers

Basic operating all audio visual equipment in the court room and broadcast equipment in nearby OMC.

Perhaps the word camera man is incorrect? Certainly Broadcast engineers are being sought, yes?

Can you put in layman's terms what is happening?

For any naysayers, I would ask if traitor trials aren't headed to GITMO, why upgrade facilities? When viewed through the lens of Trump stopping the globalist wars, who exactly have we been/ will we be capturing? I just don't see any need for an occasional capture from AFG etc.

Thanks for the good explanation. I can easily accept that the desire for very high recording quality originates from the knowledge that this material will be of key historic content. High signal-to-noise will be necessary to preclude any doubt of what is said.

Okay. So about how long would it take to go operational once they start? 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months? Please don't say a year. The positions offered a 1 year contract and an option on 3 more years. So it's not just a position that sets it up but also operates it?

The solicitation is for staff to operate and maintain an existing system. The position they are filling is for an engineer or control programmer, depending on how you interpret.

At GITMO I recall reading that lawyers and press are permitted to watch proceedings from another room via closed circuit TV. Maybe they're building on this.
