All this shit is a gigantic diversion and annoying as hell. Don't most people just ignore all this crap anyway? I barely know who the mods are/were and I don't have a leader, so... I have no idea what my point is, just frustrated that all this petty nonsense is ruining some of the places I like to visit and read. I am a no drama Nana. Cut it out!
I hear you - for the most part I just lurk around and benefit from the work the mods and others do making this a place where I can efficiently get the information I want.
BUT I do recognize it takes work to create and maintain this space, and I recognize the shills don't like to see it available as a place where the majority of users (I'm just guessing) can just come and quickly get good information then go on with their lives.
I for one have never taken part in the drama, as you put it, but I try to upvote and downvote in accordance with my views.
Now, thanks to all this drama, I may find myself taking further steps like some of those suggested above, to help ensure the integrity of this place.
Yes it is a diversion, yes it is annoying. Given that it is an attack, that's what it's intended to be.
