Id just press the charges and maybe she will think about being Wrong. I had a girl wind up and clock me inside my house. I just looked at her and walked out the door. She called police, like an idiot and made it easier for me. Police came saw she assaulted me and she went to jail. She never was allowed to come back in my house. Easy peasy. She must have punched me 10 times as I just stood looking at her laughing( no she didn't hurt me). Everything worked out perfect by me just keeping calm.
True but this girl was pretty stupid. The cops came out and looked at me and saw all the red marks from her punches. I was outside and was told to stay there while they went into talk to her. The next thing I heard was her yelling "Your never gonna take me" then silence as they walked her out to the cop car never to be seen again. =)

you are a lucky example, many more times the man who didn't even throw a punch and was on the receiving end ended up behind bars.
