I think I read years ago, that the outcome of Obamacare benefiting mainly large inner city hospitals, at the expense of White tiny classically private and non-profit rural hospitals. So many of these closures were by democrat agenda. Lots and lots of anti-private-doctor regs are in obamacare laws, including access to official hospital operating rooms.
