https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/430533-ginsburg-returns-to-supreme-court-for-oral-arguments claimed: "The Supreme Court's Public Information Office confirmed Ginsburg's attendance shortly after 9 a.m.". But I found no public statement like that. Maybe they asked that but this is not an official public statement.
So I looked for official statements about RBG.
The main site of the SC ist this: https://www.supremecourt.gov/
Case for argument today: https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/daycall/DayCall_02-19-19.pdf
It's 1 hour
Transcripts: Transcripts are posted on the Court’s website on the same day oral arguments are heard, usually about 90 minutes after an argument has concluded: http://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argument_transcripts.aspx.

The transcript site shows an error now but will be hopefully updated today.

Hearing list Feb 2019: https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/hearinglists/HearingList-Febuary2019.pdf
All oral arguments are open to the public, but seating is limited and on a first-come, first-seated basis. Before a session begins, two lines form on the plaza in front of the building. https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/courtroomseating.aspx
Press releases: https://www.supremecourt.gov/publicinfo/press/pressreleases.aspx
Latest release is from Dec, 21 on RBG and ends with "Updates will be provided as they become available." But there are no updates until now.

Update: Todays case transcript released! RBG (or is it an actor?) asked several questions! https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argument_transcripts/2018/17-1594_5iel.pdf
Search for Ginsburg in that pdf
"Her" questions are very simple, any actor could have askes these.
So the question is: How is SC Justices identity checked as they enter the court?
