DONALD TRUMP TO BE ARRESTED NEXT!! ROGER STONE GOES DOWN!
AMTV | Jan 25, 2019
https://youtu.be/uX5WJMhwOS4
1) I don't think this will happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Demoncraps/Deep State does TRY! They KNOW Trump Team are about to close in on them, so they might try to close in on Trump first, since to date all attempts to assassinate Trump have failed. Roger Stone's arrest does fit with the rumors on Infowars from a week ago Friday, the day when Trump grounded Pelosi's trip. Infowars rumor was that Trump to be arrested. Sounded far fetched at the time, but now we have the arrest of Roger Stone. But exactly WHO will do the arresting and on what charges???
That's why I don't think it will happen. Will the Deep State TRY? Its possible. Seth Rich was the one who leaked DNC emails to WikiLeaks not Trump, not Roger Stone. Crazy.
2) IF there is any substance to this rumor, Trump Team will know about it in advance, and if nothing else, it will trigger Trump to Declare National Emergency and invoke Emergency Powers, up to and including Martial Law, which would make such attempts to arrest him impossible.
Things sure seem to be stacking up and pointing to Feb 15th being D-Day for Exciting things to start happening!
See the following link for FBI-Anon claims major arrests will go public in 2 weeks:

Fasten your seat belts folks, it could get bumpy!
But KNOW that PATRIOTS are in CONTROL!
Alright, think about this:
Q has told us Mueller is just playing a part here. He is pretending to be the bad guy going after Trump, when in fact he is secretly on Trump's Team. Therefore, Trump has allowed Mueller to arrest Roger Stone. Why? To get the public ready for the REAL ARRESTS that are just around the corner. Look, Roger Stone has even been provided with FREE legal counsel! I think it is all an act, theater.

Why do you keep posting such drivel?

"Q has told us Mueller is just playing a part here. He is pretending to be the bad guy going after Trump, when in fact he is secretly on Trump's Team."
Q has never told us this.

Though he will still go down for U1.

You are our own version of the National enquirer. What is it with you and rumors? You yourself state you don't think this will happen. Still you state it as fact in the title of your post. Why?

It has not been ruled upon by the Supreme Court of the US but the prevailing wisdom is that a sitting POTUS cannot be indicted. Simply speaking, his duties are too important to open him to indictment - for instance a political rival could arrange indictment simply for political reasons. Think of all the other scenarios that could be alledged (foreign countries, domestic disorder, EO’s, on and on.)
The POTUS does have power to pardon himself but first the above would have to happen. Since this has never come up it’s never been ruled on by SCOTUS either.
The job is too important to have POTUS personally bogged down in court.
Impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate is the process to remove the POTUS for high crimes and misdemeanors...And of course not re-electing the same POTUS.
Trump can’t be indicted while in office and after he is out there would be no political motivation to do so (for things he did while in office).
While Trump is in power, he is too powerful to go after his family and I think the established thought would be that these are things that we do not want POTUS dealing with (family problems-whatever) while in office.
Trump could pardon anyone in his family. BC pardoned his own brother. So it would be pointless.

President Trump took down their NWO control center for SES under Arlington Cemetery on December 5.

Sure he Did. Was 911 gold stashed there?

This seems like clickbait.

You can't arrest a sitting President, that would be called a coup and treason.
GodsAngell ago
Can you provide the statute for this?

In 1872, President Ulysses S. Grant was arrested for speeding on his horse-drawn carriage in Washington, DC. This was not an impeachable offense, but Grant still faced consequences.
Grant, the general who helped lead the Union to victory in the Civil War, was arrested at the corner of 13th and M streets in the nation's capital. The story of his arrest was once told in a September 27, 1908, edition of the Washington Evening Star with the headline: "Only Policeman Who Ever Arrested a President."
The police officer who arrested him was a black man who fought in the Civil War named William H. West, who gave his account of the incident to The Star, which The Post dug up.
Grant apparently had a penchant for speeding and a love for fast horses and had more than one run-in with West.
On the first occasion, the president was somewhat sassy with the officer as he stopped his carriage. The city was having problems with speeding at the time, and a mother and child had recently been injured as a result.
A sitting President would not likely be arrested for a crime. There are two reasons for this. First is simple: the circumstances of the Presidency pretty much limit a situation that would, for example, see the President commit murder, rape, or other violent crimes that would demand immediate arrest.
The Argument Against Arrest
But it goes farther than that. There are no Constitutional or Federal statues that prevent the President from being arrested, indicted, or prosecuted. But there are “structural principles” in the Constitution that should at the least suggest that a President should not be arrested, possibly not even prosecuted.

Another victim-less civil offense for the DS to collect money and harass a sitting president.
Lauraingalls ago
Exactly.
anon_6974cf ago
What in the fuck you could "speed" on a horse drawn carriage?
Lauraingalls ago
Maybe back then the speed limit was 20. LOL.
Shizy ago
That looks a lot like how driving is done in Mexico today. Except the cars are newer!
Lauraingalls ago
OMG. LOL. They didn't have stop signs or traffic lights or ANYTHING. IT WAS NUTS. I guess Mexico is just a MESS.
Shizy ago
I loved all the people just walking out in front of traffic like it was no big deal! Or the pedestrian who decided to hop on the back of a wagon 😂!
Lauraingalls ago
I was fascinated by it. I guess people back then were use to it. It looks like some people almost got hit. They drove slower then, so nothing happened, but it came close. I laughed a couple of times. It's hard to imagine the changes in our world. It looks so different from the way things are now.
Shizy ago
I love seeing old historical things like that. Things are very different now for sure!
Lauraingalls ago
This is a cool video too that I watched before. Vintage supermarkets. People use to dress NICE years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKuddr7f5HA&t=88s
Shizy ago
Awesome, I'll check that out too! Yes it's amazing how awful people dress now compared to way back!
Lauraingalls ago
Great. I see women walking around in pajama bottoms. No sense of decency. We did lose a sense of dressing appropriately.
Lauraingalls ago
I love them too. I watch them on You Tube once in awhile. There are very interesting ones out there.
POTM333 ago
Not happening. Nothing sticks to this President and we’ve seen that over and over in the last three years. Not going to change anytime soon. Teflon Don is winning. WWG1WGA!
GodsAngell ago
I agree. But they might try. Remember Mueller investigation to be shut down soon, per Q. What does the Deep State have after 2 years of investigations?? Zip. Consequently, Acts of desperation, should be expected at this point.
Get out the popcorn.
POTM333 ago
If they had something - ANYTHING, really, they would have brought it out by now. Definitely before the midterms. Why wait? They have nothing and all their lies re being outed.

The Deep State can not arrest the President, The President is the top dog when it comes to all law in America.
GodsAngell ago
There are no Constitutional or Federal statues that prevent the President from being arrested, indicted, or prosecuted.
BirthTheGirth ago
No sitting president can be tried for crimes while in office.
GodsAngell ago
Can you provide the Statute/law for this?
BirthTheGirth ago
Basically, because ONLY the president can carry out his presidential duties, he cannot be tried for a crime until out of office. We cant have a president in court for 2 years fighting a crime, so we it must wait until after his term ends.
