How convenient. Now he can save his ass.

sweetholymosiah ago

key takeaway from the report to me is that the 'we'll stop it' text was found in the 'enterprise.db' file that was previously neglected by the investigation. It was a Samsung admin program that copied texts into their little database. Thank you south korea!

Banky1974 ago

Woohoo! Life just got a little worse for some very bad people.

themagarhino ago

OMG. 19,000 texts? Did they have time for anything else?

pwdwp ago

December 15, 2016 through May 17, 2017 = 16 months

16 months = approx 480 days

2 persons

19000/480 days = 40 text messages

40/2 persons = 20 text messages per day each

  • How many texts did people used to send?

    • 18-24 y.o. sent and received about 128 text messages per day
    • 25-34 y.o. sent and received about 75 text messages per day
    • 35-44 y.o. sent and received about 52 text messages per day
    • 45-54 y.o. sent and received about 33 text messages per day
    • 55+ y.o. sent and received about 16 text messages per day
  • Source: https://www.textrequest.com/blog/how-many-texts-people-send-per-day/

19000 * 30sec = 570,000 seconds = 9,500 minutes = 158.33 hours = Just shy of a whole week texting.

7 * 24 = 168 hours (1 Week)

No matter how you stack this that is a ton of thumb exercise. And we are only talking about only 19,000 lost text messages. Not the previously found ones.

Check your math chief. That is 6 months, not 16 months. Grade: D-

They were trying to cover the trails of their crime and finally have been caught. Its time to put the Trump haters behind bars.

Assasination plot uncovered and about to be exposed? More likely these have been held back for the right moment to drop. Now seems good

SilverAlaskanWolf55 ago

For all we know it's Comey and McCabe texting as well as the Plot to take down POTUS included them All. We also know now that it was Lying Comey that was Lisa Page's Real lover and Not Strzok.

Stefanovich973 ago

Anyone know when the newly recovered "gap" (+ other) text messages themselves will be released?

Stefanovich973 ago

Or is this the formal report on what has been previously disclosed in the press and prior OIG report? Interesting either way.

letsgoallthewhey ago

"as well as hundreds of other text messages outside the gap period that had not been produced by the FBI due to technical problems with its text message collection tool."" - And we're supposed to believe that bullshit, too.

con77 ago

how could they possibly have done any work if they were texting that much?

SilverAlaskanWolf55 ago

I firmly Believe that within these text messages Lies the plot to Kill POTUS, that is why they were hastily deleted.

pby1000 ago

Oops! Sorry, man. We just forgot about those.

brettco12 ago

oops. we are now accidentally putting you in prison for life plus a lil more. supersorry!

pwdwp ago

yes, libtards are having memory issues.

flatbush71 ago

Outstanding post OP. Unconventional tactics coming out of left field that are totally unanticipated. Now, look at the amount of resources that will have to be redirected just so they can "Cover their asses" on this. These people are badly needed in other areas, but critical need takes precedent. And in the mean time......... (smile)

DixiePatriot ago

I've always been amazed that they keep saying there was no bias.

Awhile back when they released the number of texts within a specific time frame I did the math. They would have been texting each other approximately 3-6 minutes during business hours. If you are texting that frequently, how is it not affecting your work? When do you have time to "think" any different way? It was consuming every minute of their day.

Kirbyrambo ago

is that 3 times every 6 minutes?

DixiePatriot ago

It's been awhile so I don't remember exactly. Thinking it was back and forth (text and reply) that frequently. I just remember thinking if I was texting someone that often I wouldn't be focused on my job.

Kirbyrambo ago

No doubt

the_Green_Chain ago

I felt the same way about Huma and Hi-LIAR-y's textings.

amarQ144 ago

At what point does it become mathematically impossible to send hundreds of texts a day and get any work done?

Fateswebb ago

It's an average of something like 13 a day. So not unrealistic.

amarQ144 ago

Keep in mind this was around 15 months ...added to all the texts they already had...30,000+...30,000/15/30=66.6666666666666667........ per day...every day...66, not 13...whats "realistic"?

Fateswebb ago

Yeah I was off, sorry.

So let's get a high average let's say

20 texts every 2 hours for 8 hours or 4 times a day.. 80 texts a day.

We will say on the low side 5 days a week that's 400 then x 4 1600 a month times 15 that's 24000 and then if you include the weekends as well, Add 9600, 33000 seems on the beginning an ossession level. Anything higher than that they were seriously obsessed.

Atomized_Individual ago

They're parasites on taxpayers

RealBlackberry ago

Most government agencies are.

DixiePatriot ago

And wouldn't it affect your work since that is all you would be doing?

joeythew ago

They were like 14 year old girls.

Patriot8 ago

Maybe that’s why they failed.

amarQ144 ago

Maybe their job description was ..."Text-er"...I really struggle to see how they could have possibility sent so many. I doubt I've sent that many in my life...and that's just the latest "found" batch...

sicntrd ago

Horowitz will be the key, hope he is testifying soon

Roughboy ago

Who the hell texts 19,000 times?

gogogogostop ago

Perverts and pedophiles.

TNLunatick ago

7th graders.

Kirbyrambo ago

Squirrely demonically possessed fucin rats

Kirbyrambo ago

Oh! And add worthless Federal Employees.

pwdwp ago

19000/365 = 52 text message a day. But since this is for both Strzok and Page we can think that this is possible.

Kirbyrambo ago

I thought they had several phones that were not FBI phones. Probably with higher volumes on them since they felt more free to use. It fucin discusses me that these are the type of people that made their way to the top of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I have to puck!! Federal Government needs to be cleaned out top to bottom! Then State governments next on down the line.

Caveman_in_a_suit ago

From the OIG report: "To ensure the thoroughness of text message recovery efforts, OIG also consulted with the Department of Defense, conducted additional quality assurance steps and hired a Subject Matter Expert."
