It's rare for 20 C-130's to be in flight at once. Lots of fuel & maintenance issues... but it's possible. Planefags should listen for changes in tactical callsigns ("thug one two") back to normal callsigns which are usually "Airforce ####" ( last 4 tail numbers ) when interacting with civilian ATC. I heard this when it happened during gulf war when aircraft in transit over Atlantic in route to Ramstein were diverted to gulf area. One pilot responded "wait out" them came back to ATC with "this is bamboo authenticate Alfa, mike, Oscar". And ATC came back "bamboo this is stanford, I authenticate Alfa mike Oscar as papa, I say again papa". I knew right then that Desert Shield had changed to Desert Storm. The war had started. Whew!
