Study Carefully "The law is intended to make it easier for state prosecutors and sex-trafficking victims to sue social media networks, advertisers and others that kept exploitative material on their platforms, although victims would be required to show websites knowingly facilitated sex trafficking." via reuters article

The following is from the whitehouse website

RESOURCES TO END SEX TRAFFICKING: The Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 (FOSTA), which includes the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act of 2017 (SESTA), will give law enforcement and victims new tools to fight sex trafficking.

FOSTA amends the Communications Act of 1934 to create an exception for sex trafficking, making it easier to target websites with legal action for enabling such crimes. Under the package: the “Communications Decency Provisions” can no longer be construed to impair or limit civil action or criminal prosecution relating to sex trafficking; and those benefiting from “participating in a venture,” knowingly assisting supporting, or facilitating an act of sex trafficking are now in violation of the Federal criminal code.

In addition, FOSTA provides new legal recourse for victims and law enforcement alike, by: enhancing penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to 25 years, or both—for people who promote or facilitate the prostitution of five or more people or who contribute to sex trafficking through reckless disregard; allowing victims or damaged individuals of sex trafficking seek justice against websites that assist in the violation of Federal sex trafficking laws; and enabling State law enforcement officials to take action against individuals or businesses that violate Federal sex trafficking laws.

"The act faced a wall of opposition from Silicon Valley because it amended Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which gave blanket immunity to online entities that publish third-party content from civil and criminal prosecution. Big Tech wanted to preserve that blanket immunity, even if it gave legal cover to websites that were using it to sell children for sex. When child sex trafficking survivors tried to sue Backpage, and state attorneys general tried to prosecute the owners, federal courts ruled against them, specifically citing Section 230. This did not move Big Tech. Chief among the culprits was Google, which apparently forgot its old corporate motto of “Don’t Be Evil” and lobbied fiercely against the bill." via link

Facebook, Instagram,Twitter nor any other online platform can claim immunity under CDA 230 for any violation of federal criminal law.

Ray Chandler - In April, Q helped the anons track down Ray Chandler on a public page on Instagram (IG).

Chandler was connected to Epstein. Chandler is pictured with Bill Clinton and Eminem as a minor. The photo of her with Clinton was taken on Epstein’s private plane to “Lolita Island”. Chandler appears to have been used as a "honeypot"

Not a fan of the tally board. I'm just a research junkie who enjoys a good dig.

Cool, thank you, I'll change your name to Anon and add random numbers to it 'Anon3574, Anon49858. I just use it for people who might be motivated by it. Once enough people are in the habit or enough Qdrops are completed I'll stop keeping track. It's not meant to overshadow the crowdsourcing project that it is, but to encourage people help out so the task isn't just on a few people.
