Wendy Martinez was murdered last night at 800 pm local. She was stabbed in the neck by 3 black men while she was jogging in Logan Circle NW. This area is very expensive and very safe. Crimes like this are exceedingly rare. (As opposed to other parts of DC where attractive white women do not exist, much less go out for a jog): http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/09/19/jogger-stabbed-to-death-in-washington-dc-collapses-in-takeout-restaurant-as-attacker-flees-cops-say.html
According to Heavy.com, the victim was Chief of Staff for a company called FiscalNote (FN): https://heavy.com/news/2018/09/wendy-martinez-murder/
FN produces "solutions" (software and consulting) which "From news and analysis, to lobbying and grassroots advocacy, FiscalNote issues management solutions give you everything you need to solve the biggest challenges facing today's public, corporate, and government affairs professionals.": https://www.fiscalnote.com/solutions/
Here's where it gets weird. Ms. Martinez was also a member of The Bridge: https://www.thebridgework.com/people/wendy-martinez
The Bridge describes itself as: "Connecting tech, politics and policy. The Bridge is a community sitting at the intersection of tech, policy and politics. We’re increasing communication and collaboration between innovation and regulation, and growing a network of the influencers shaping the future of these industries.": https://www.thebridgework.com/
Where have we heard the phrase "The Bridge" before? 2 days ago:

PANIC IN DC.
BLACKMAIL v Senate & House [BRIDGE: FAKE NEWS MEDIA] being used to apply leverage against POTUS and/or force immediate 'impeachment' hearings based on 'mental state - potential release of state secrets - sources & methods….'
Q
Hypothesis: Wendy Martinez knew all the dirty workings of The Bridge. She may have been cooperating or assisting an investigation. It would appear she was murdered using "locals" as "hitmen" a la Seth Rich (MS13 killers).

Fiscal Note’s CEO Tim Hwang has ties to Obama campaign. Prior to founding FiscalNote, Hwang started his career in politics in the Obama ’08 campaign, assisting in the election of the first Obama Administration. He was elected to the Montgomery County Board of Education a year later, overseeing a budget of over $4 Billion for 22,000 public employees. As a student, Tim also served as the President of the National Youth Association and the founder of Operation Fly. Inc., – a national 501(c)(3) organization that served inner-city children in underprivileged areas around the country.
He is the founder of a 501c3 “Operation Fly” an org that helps the homeless and students in DC. Interesting that it’s got the political leaning to “Rock the Vote “. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Fly,_Inc.
“Operation Fly was recently a coalition partner in the Thomas S. Wootton High School Student Government's 'Spring Project', a part of a 'Rock the Vote' concert trying to engage students into being civically active. The concert was held April 28, 2012 and hosted by CNN's John King.”
