Regarding Tom Steyer and the push for impeachment, one MAGA patriot posts on his twitter, angry that her name ended up on an "Need to Impeach Trump" petition; that those who are Trump supporters are being tricked by Steyer's organization via animal rights petitions. She claimed that just by LOOKING at the 'NEED TO IMPEACH' pop up petition via email, her name then appeared on the petition/joined.

I’ve tried emailing requests after requests for my name to be removed I joined humane society for animal rights. This impeach thing was embedded within. If this is how you obtain names for your lists it’s appalling. REMOVE MY NAME IMMEDIATELY
