Ordering a 'Chan to do something is like trying herd cats. If she legit posted to a chan, it was probably a publicity stunt to claim either membership in, or abuse from the "alt-right". It would also be horribly misguided. If she cared one bit for the people accused of sex crimes or the victims, she'd be taking every single thing she's ever collected or experienced to a lawyer and an LEO and trying help the people being reamed just for having a screwed up sense of humor versus the actual offenders that talk right and keep a low profile. I just don't see this as a legit action from her, I see it as a B/C list personality trying to cash in on the current "name and shame" craze.
