Q says "Is there an owl there?" Implying there is not. In Russia and China. Is the owl the symbol of the club / cabal?

I'm thinking this is what is going on. POTUS was well received by Xi in China and Xi helped Trump with NK. Putin and Assad worked with him on the missile attack on CIA backed terrorists in Syria which everyone that was a missile attack on Assad's military. A B1 Lancer launched 19 missiles yet they didn't target any Syrian military assets. They hit a CIA backed chemical plant and terrorists hideouts.
