A video does not have shitty production values by being "targeted by black hats." Black hats would knock it offline. Editing the video is harder.
The Security Affairs report does not say that the DHS attackers were the same people.
The report does not say that the attackers were able to modify the elections. It says that they were stopped at the firewall.
I don't recall QAnon sharing this video.
Almost every significant claim in this post is false. Reread your sources.
