They were known as The President's Intelligence Check List....they are called Presidential Daily Briefs these days.

The President’s Daily Brief, or PDB, is a highly classified intelligence briefing produced each morning for the President of the United States. The written briefing informs the President and other senior policymakers about intelligence developments worldwide and provides analysis of those events. Although now produced by the Director of National Intelligence, from 1961 until early 2005 the briefing was produced by the Central Intelligence Agency. ......
The predecessor of the PDB was called the President’s Intelligence Check List and was first produced by the CIA for President Kennedy. Although the format initially went through several trial runs, it was formalized in early 1961. The checklist, initially known by the acronym PICL and pronounced “pickle,” was later renamed the President’s Daily Brief.
Your post exactly supports what I posted that the name the PICKLE FACTORY as a nickname for the CIA comes and that it from the PICL which was authored by the CIA.
I don't know if you read all of my post, so I'll post this bit again

Your image says this term dates to at least 1965, "But it's not known if the term preceded the Pickle Factory nickname. Well, we know PICL's aka pickles did exist before 1965 because Kennedy started them in 1961. We even know the CIA agent who stared them. His name was Richard Lehman
Lehman developed the President's Intelligence Check List (PICL, pronounced "pickle") for President John F. Kennedy in June 1961. The PICL ultimately became the President's Daily Brief.

That is not a really convincing explanation. As the CIA does many many things
A more convincing explanation has to do with the Presidential Intel Brief. These briefings were started under Kennedy after the Bay of Pigs.

Hi,
You're a peach aren't you.
Your post exactly supports what I posted that the name the PICKLE FACTORY as a nickname for the CIA comes and that it from the PICL which was authored by the CIA.

Well if my post supports what you posted, how is my post not a convincing explanation?
I was proving Pickle Factory = C_A
Which opens the decoding and tells us elected leaders are controlled by C_A

The image you posted of how the CIA came to be called the Pickle Factory is not convincing, because it's wrong.
The whole "Let an anon explain it." image is not convincing.

But you do agree that CIA's nickname is "Pickle Factory"?
