Haha yessir, I did. Put the site up about two weeks ago. No idea what I'm doing when it comes to web hosting, but so far I'm not doing so bad.
Threw the webshot thing in their last week. Now that I have albums working I'm going to try and add a pdf conversion option: Pass in a pdf link (or file) and it will convert each page to an image and upload it as an album.
The site likely has lots of bugs, so if/when you run into one, please let me know!
The debug prompts I have set show me upload links when certain parts of the code are executed,the site's currently in alpha. But, I don't collect any identifiable data like ip addresses anyways so it's just links, no idea who uploaded them.

Part 5 is high resolution and legible when zoomed in. Is it just me or are parts 1 thru 4 low resolution and not quite legible when zoomed?
