im dropping $25 tomorrow then i saw theres a $5 a month plan im going to grab. would be nice if a $10 plan got added. That alone will bringe up to $35 for this month.

It's a way of consistently detecting bitcoin donations and associating them with an account. The problem is they regect your api key request if your site is "trouble". So the way an api works is you send a message to a url with certain information and they agree to send you messages to a url when they have new information. One of those things you have to send is an api key which is an authorization to access their tools.
So you can totally lie about what site you are using it for. There's no way they would detect. So if you have one site under your belt that won't raise an alarm you can get a key.

I was going to go through his sticker and add up the amount people stated they were donating to see what that imaginary figure is, then cut 10-15 percent off for the slaves out there. 7k is very easy to get, if everyone donated 10 bucks each month, then we stay open. It's just getting that recurring charge going.
Agreed. If he doesn't have time to create a sidebar donation gauge, then I've asked him for the months operating costs and donation level so I can put it in the sidebar at least.
@puttitout posted the numbers, but for growth I'm setting a target figure of $7000.00 per month, the more people who make monthly donations, the lower the cost. If we got 1000 goats to donate $7 a month, we would be fine.
A nice round number is $10 per month, then we sold only need 700 goats to donate. It's a scalable model and affordable if we get wniugh people to contribute.
