User account was created over 2.1 years ago prior to 2020-05-15
The account age restriction is between 2018-04-17 and 2020-05-15. A good number of VM test accounts were created on 2020-05-14. It seems to be in the range of voting restriction. Why have the votes flipped to the uncertified status?
