Is there some sort of memological tipping point happening on reddit? /r/conspiracy is doing really well lately, apparently. Are the votes organic, is it suspicious or a sign of positive change? (Conspiracy)

There's likely some or many groups of people buying out moderator spots for a lot of money then abusing the rules to push in censorship.
Ive always heard this but have not seen too much info on it.
