Hello CIA, FBI, NSA, any and all law enforcement - I would like to report a terrorist. Yes there is someone uttering treats and attempting to incite acts of terror. Yes, yes I do understand the definition of a terrorist, do you? We're paying you ridiculous amounts of money to prevent terrorist attacks and capture terrorists. You don't need to spend billions of dollars to find these terrorists or to figure out what their intentions are, they're right there.
