I find his story consistent with enough independent whistleblower stories concerning Area 51 that I have to take his story with a note of seriousness.

I should start compiling my research. I recall one lady's story of acting as a telepath to aid in the informational exchange between the greys and the humans there that particularly resonates with this. I'll try and find it.

Edit: Not it but more relevant testimony that we worked with ETs at area 51 using telepathy.
