If true, I don't agree with it, but has attempts to reduce populations in these countries like Mexico actually succeeded? If you look at expected population growth of all these countries there still at a really high rate. I'm not saying it didn't happen, or isn't happening, I just don't think it's really been that affective at "controlling the population" of these target countries, there all still growing fast.

Countries I'm referring to

(India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Colombia)
